Presentation of National Register Plaque

Mrs. Iva Roberts Welton presents Robin & Rusty White with the plaque that recognizes Rose Hill Plantation House as being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This plaque was presented to Mrs. Welton in 1983 when, due to her efforts and research, the House was listed on the NRHP.
